Is Taco Tuesday still a thing? 🤷‍♀️
We’re taking it to the next level with this Danish-Mexican fusion! Crispy, crunchy puff pastry filled a la taco! Easy, delicious and perfect for Veganuary! 💚
What would you call this? The Viking Taco? The Power Puff? Flako Taco? Anyway, just try it! Time for salsa! 💃🏼 You’ll need: Puff pastry, NATURLI’ Shape Me, Taco Seasoning, NATURLI’ Block and all the toppings you love!
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).
2. Sauté the Shape Me in a bit of Block. Add the taco seasoning and a bit of water.
3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 8 pieces.
4. Place shredded cheeze on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and add the Shape Me mix on top.
5. Take a piece of puff pastry and place it over Shape Me mix. Brush with melted Block and bake for 15 min.
6. Flip the baked puff pastry pieces so the filling faces upward, and top with everything you love!
7. Enjoy your delicious puff pastry tacos! 🌮

This is a part of Veganuary?! 🤯
You thought eating “green” would be boring? Think again! Leveling up on plants doesn’t mean that it can’t be greasy and with this recipe, completing Veganuary will be a very pleasant walk in the park! 🤤 Ingredients:
25g yeast, 250ml warm oat milk, 50g sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 75g soft NATURLI’ Block, 450g wheat flour Filling:
100g brown sugar, 50g soft NATURLI’ Block, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp potato starch. Sugar Syrup: 50g water, 50g sugar
Topping: Chopped almonds How to:
1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, salt, and flour, mix well.
2. Knead in NATURLI’ Block and let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
3. For the filling, mix NATURLI’ Block, brown sugar, cinnamon and potato starch.
4. Roll your dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
5. Spread filling evenly and roll up from the long side.
6. Now take a clean scissor and cut deep slices into your dough. Cut from the top and down at a small angle. Repeat this every 3 cm and move each slice to alternate sides.
7. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F), let the dough rise again while the oven heats up.
8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Brush with sugar syrup and top with chopped almonds.

Did you know that you can use our Oat Barista Tasty Caramel to add a touch of caramel to your treats? Try it in these cookie truffles - we’re pretty sure they’ll be a permanent addition to your Christmas repertoire! Remember to save this for later! How to: Blend cookies with Oat Barista and roll into little balls. Add a little bit of oats to adjust consistency. Let them cool in the fridge for about 10 min, while you melt the chocolate. Cover the truffles in melted chocolate and let the chocolate set.

Bring balance to your Christmas snacking! 🔥
Christmas is just around the corner and we KNOW that you’ll be making all the sweet things – but maybe these could be a slightly healthier addition? 🤤 Get 2 peeled and shredded apples, 1 cup of rolled oats, ½ cup of almonds, 8 dates, 1 tbsp of maple syrup and 2 of tbsp brown sugar. Put it all in a blender and mix! To get the right consistency, add a little NATURLI’ Oat Barista Pumpkin Spice at the time, until you’re satisfied. Roll the mixture into balls and coat them in a mix of shredded coconut and oats, and you’re ready to snack! 💚
