On a seafood diet? 👀
Or do you just see food and eat it? 😉 Well, we can promise you that there’s plenty of sea in these—but no animals! That’s right—those little fellows are NOT shrimps, and the pearls might have seen a fish, but they were never inside one! 😂 Our new favourites are made from seaweed, so whether you see food and eat it or you really are on a seafood diet—we think you should try these! 🔥 Remember to save this how-to for your next party! Ingredients:
• 1 pack of puff pastry
• 1 NATURLI’ Plante De Mer Det’ Rej’ligt
• 1 NATURLI’ Plante De Mer Ka’vi…aaah
• Melted NATURLI’ Block for brushing
• 5 tbsp NATURLI’ Greek Style
• 1 tbsp creamy cheeze
• 1 handful of dill (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt and pepper Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).
2. Cut 16 rings from the puff pastry using a cutter in your desired size.
3. Use a cutter two sizes smaller to cut out the center of 8 rings, creating hollow rings.
4. Brush the 8 hollow rings with melted Block and place the brushed side on top of the whole pastry pieces. This will be your “bowl.” Brush the entire bowl with melted Block.
5. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes, then let them cool.
6. Mix NATURLI’ Greek Style, creamy cheeze, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
7. Press down the center of the pastry with a spoon and fill them with the creamy cheeze mixture. Top with Det’ Rej’ligt, Ka’vi…aaah, and dill.

Is Taco Tuesday still a thing? 🤷‍♀️
We’re taking it to the next level with this Danish-Mexican fusion! Crispy, crunchy puff pastry filled a la taco! Easy, delicious and perfect for Veganuary! 💚
What would you call this? The Viking Taco? The Power Puff? Flako Taco? Anyway, just try it! Time for salsa! 💃🏼 You’ll need: Puff pastry, NATURLI’ Shape Me, Taco Seasoning, NATURLI’ Block and all the toppings you love!
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).
2. Sauté the Shape Me in a bit of Block. Add the taco seasoning and a bit of water.
3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 8 pieces.
4. Place shredded cheeze on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and add the Shape Me mix on top.
5. Take a piece of puff pastry and place it over Shape Me mix. Brush with melted Block and bake for 15 min.
6. Flip the baked puff pastry pieces so the filling faces upward, and top with everything you love!
7. Enjoy your delicious puff pastry tacos! 🌮

This is a part of Veganuary?! 🤯
You thought eating “green” would be boring? Think again! Leveling up on plants doesn’t mean that it can’t be greasy and with this recipe, completing Veganuary will be a very pleasant walk in the park! 🤤 Ingredients:
25g yeast, 250ml warm oat milk, 50g sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 75g soft NATURLI’ Block, 450g wheat flour Filling:
100g brown sugar, 50g soft NATURLI’ Block, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp potato starch. Sugar Syrup: 50g water, 50g sugar
Topping: Chopped almonds How to:
1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, salt, and flour, mix well.
2. Knead in NATURLI’ Block and let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
3. For the filling, mix NATURLI’ Block, brown sugar, cinnamon and potato starch.
4. Roll your dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
5. Spread filling evenly and roll up from the long side.
6. Now take a clean scissor and cut deep slices into your dough. Cut from the top and down at a small angle. Repeat this every 3 cm and move each slice to alternate sides.
7. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F), let the dough rise again while the oven heats up.
8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Brush with sugar syrup and top with chopped almonds.
